Shipping Policy

• We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

• Free local delivery is available for customers within 20km of Warragul, VIC.

• For all other orders across Australia, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds 

• If you need to request a return, exchange or refund, please email us at admin@rubythelabel.co.

• Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

• We do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds on sale items—these are considered final sale.

• We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged or faulty.

• You must contact us about any return/exchange/refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
