Shipping Policy

  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • Free local delivery is available for customers within 20km of Warragul, VIC.

  • For all other orders across Australia, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95. Courier used is Australia Post

  • We are currently offering free shipping Australia wide for orders over $60.00.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds Policy

  • We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If your item is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If you need to request a return, exchange or refund, please email us at admin@rubythelabel.co. We will offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged or faulty.

  • We kindly ask that you do not send items back without contacting us first; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

  • Unfortunately we won't accept returns/exchanges/refunds on sale items. These are considered final sale. 

  • This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
